How to use
Keep pads in sleeping position in deep freezer(-18deg C) or cold rooms.
Remove pads from deep freezer or Hardner or cold room after pads are completely frozen.
Wire mesh tray can be used for storage of ice cream in side the container.
Arrange the frozen pads around your frozen product or around wire mesh trey in insulated container /shipper.
For better result keep pads along all the 5 sides including bottom .
Immediately close the container.
Open the container for minimum times for minimum period for better performance
In Vending operation the vending lid is opened many times during operation.Maximum nos. of pads should be used to avoid damage.Any size of pads suitable for the given shipper is used for vending operation. Ensure that all 5 sides including bottom are covered by pads.As per our recommendation combination of small & big pads should be used which will reduce handling & lesser no. of pads will be required. It is advisable to conduct actual field trials with various combinations of pads before final selection.
