Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms

• All transactions require 100% advance payment.
• Prices are inclusive of an 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax).

2. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery of items will be made within 4-5 business days after the payment is confirmed.
• The material will be dispatched via transport or courier services, and the customer is responsible for paying any freight charges associated with the delivery.

3. Return Policy

• No Return Policy: Items once sold cannot be returned.
• Damaged Items: If the item is damaged during transit, it is eligible for return. The customer must notify Carrycool immediately upon receiving the damaged item to initiate the return process. The returned item must be in its original packaging.

4. Warranty and Guarantee

• Carrycool does not offer any product guarantees or warranties. All products are sold "as-is."
