Return Policy 

1. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products once sold are not eligible for return under any circumstances, except in cases where the item has been damaged during transit.

2. Damaged Items in Transit

  • If an item is damaged during transit, it can be returned to Carrycool. The customer must notify us of the damage immediately upon receipt of the item to qualify for a return. The item should be returned in its original packaging.

3. Procedure for Returning Damaged Items

  • Contact Carrycool’s customer service immediately upon discovering the damage.
  • Provide necessary proof, including images of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Once the return is approved, the item should be sent back using the original courier or transport service, with the cost covered by Carrycool.
